Today I’m home sick with a positive cv test.

What a gift to have a body that is designed with natural immunity that responds to whatever life throws my way. The experience of Omicrom has been amazing. The vaccines for cv19 have pressured the virus to mutate into a variant that does not care who you are. Like all of us, this life form just wants to survive. Wants us to understand it, love it, and give it a place. Did you know that human mitochondria - the energy power house of the cell - started out as a foreign bacteria? The body adapted to it, gave it an important role to play. Interesting.

We are all endowed with the ability to take what life throws our way… as long as stress is controlled we can. I’m so glad to have tools and ability to teach prevention, wellness, and recovery. Through muscle testing we allow the body to reveal it’s limits and it’s strength. Even though i teach Touch for Health, truth is the process enables “Miracles Everyday”.

I’m so glad to have the gift of time to allow my body to recover naturally. The CDC last week admitted natural immunity more robust and lasting than boosting. I pray that families with children have the good sense to protect their children from this political hot potato. In the world I’m working toward, politicians and organizations who were formed to protect the people will not be lobbied and co-opted for financially bias. Never again will public office be allowed to do what we have seen done the last few years. But, we would not have know about the corruption had we not seen it unfold.

I do know each person on the planet came for an experience. It’s been most difficult not to scream at the top of my lungs… ‘Don’t do that dangerous thing!!! STOP! But I was shown very clearly that freedom of choice is the only thing that matters. Children come to moms and dads as spiritual contracts were made long before the babes arrived. Karmic soul contracts are clearing this lifetime, and Eternal destinies are being decided.

I walked past a cordoned-off table at the food court the other day. No one can enter without showing their compliance mark. I saw a man eating there… he was Caucasian … but for a second I had to do a double take because I ‘saw’ his spirit, in another lifetime, had been discriminated against. In this lifetime, eating in this ’cordoned off’ area where only he was special enough to enter, was resetting an imbalance he had carried for lifetimes. Another day I walked past a couple ladies who also were carrying an energy of self-importance They were resetting some old karmic debt memory in some other time, some other place, where they had been discriminated against. Interesting.

As you know from my work, stress reduction and healing go hand in hand. The shifts from the gain-of-function virus is part of a planetary detox. All is under supervision of the Divine. Truly interesting times.

I’m taking a bit more time to recover. Then you are welcome to join me as I share what I do to re-train body, Soul, and mind. I’m strongly of the belief we cannot fill others cups if our own cup is empty. Thus since Mom’s illness and funeral last month took a lot out of me, I need to fill my cup before I jump back into service mode. But I certainly am open to sharing what I do to 1) listen to the language of the body and provide it with exactly what it needs, 2) retrain the body to remember how healthy energy flows. 3) revision life and business. The world has changed. How I show up will be changing too.

This email was inspired by the truck convoy. I’m proud to be Canadian, peaceful and respected in the world. We value freedom, we value diversity, we value each other. When decisions are made which are intended to harm, reduce food, and hamper movement of life supplies, action must be taken. Im praying for peace. I’m holding the energy of solution and visualizing the world I want to live in. A world of harmony where borders are gone, and those who would discriminate against those who believe differently are a thing of the past.
