When I was young, my parents owned a daycare centre that was licensed for 120 children.   I discovered the joy (and challenge) of teaching at an early age.  In 1983 I  received a Master's degree in Education.  But it is not the university degrees that define me.    It is the richness of  life experiences.

As a youth I wanted a good life.  I wanted to travel, be a missionary,  discover why there is so much pain and suffering on the planet, and understand how it can be healed.   I have always lived by the motto that if I asked a sincere question that an answer would be given, so l learned to listen, watch, notice & feel.  I discovered that 'God', 'The Universe' (or whatever you call Source of all Life and Knowledge) doesn't always speak directly... What I learned is First there is an experience.  Then the understanding.  

I achieved my goal of traveling to 50 countries by the time I turned 50 (which seemed really ancient age when I set that goal in my teens) I stepped off the plane one week before my 50th birthday.  Which I must confess didn't seem at all ancient anymore.

I worked as a missionary in two countries - Teaching University in Beirut, Lebanon and Elementary school  K-9 at a First Nations community in Central Alberta.  I taught Adult Basic Literacy and English as a Second Language for the Calgary Public School Board.  

I faced the challenges that came with Job Burn-out, PTSD, then Postpartum Depression.

My questions about why there is so much suffering and pain and how it can be fixed was answered  as I went through personal experiences with pain and  suffering.  I was led to experience and learn the  self-care techniques I teach.   When I work with someone who is struggling - be it a physical, mental or spiritual health issue, trust me when I assure you that my exceptional skill at shifting  energy is in part because of a deep and personal experience with this in my own life. 

I discovered that imbalances caused by diet, toxicity, pollution, amalgam fillings, hormone imbalance,  sensitivities and allergies can effect stability. Thoughts,  feelings and attitudes that lock us to past events need to be released.  Trauma from physical accidents can stay in the body for decades.  Subtle challenges can come from something as simple as an early vaccine or a birth reflex that did not fully integrate.  And practicing religion does not mean a person is spiritually in balance.  

​I've taught everything from early preschool to adult learners.   Elementary to University level classes,  from basic ABC's  to Wellness and Stress education.  

Recently my team produced a DVD Series called The Anatomy of Kinesiology, a learning aid for kinesiology students.

My current passion is Energy Medicine and Writing.    As an intuitive I can sense subtleties and energy flow.  I often can 'see' auras or variations of light  and 'sense' sound in the field.

With thousands of hours of formal Specialized Kinesiology training, and tens of thousands of hours of self-study & curiosity as well as clinic time with clients,  I comfortably  work with both Science and Intuition providing training and  support in Wellness of Body, Mind, and Spirit.  ​
