Has this ever happened to you?

It's nearly midnight. You're sleeping soundly when someone calls your name.
"What's going on?" you ask groggily.
"I don't feel good," someone says.
You look at the clock and do a quick calculation. The doctor's office isn't open at this time of night. But if this is serious, you might need to go to the hospital. There is no fear or pressure. You are confident you can assess the situation accurately and know what to do.
"Come here," you say, moving over to make room beside you in the bed. "Tell me what's going on. Describe your pain."

You do a quick check on the body and find the priority. You don't need to go to the hospital right now because you know how to listen to the body as it communicates with you. You respond with exactly what it needs.
You got this. It feels great to know exactly what to do and how to release stress and pain.

In a short while both of you are comfortable and sleeping soundly.

You've been planning this camping trip for ages!. And finally you are here!
The car is unloaded, tent pitched. You're out of the city, off the beaten path, and soaking in the sounds and fresh air of nature. It's so beautiful and very isolated. You can't wait to get hiking.
About an hour down the trail, your legs begin to ache. You didn't stumble or anything. What's going on? The first aid kit is in the glove box at the car, but even that is over an hour walk away. You experience a momentary wave of "yikes, what do I do now?"
Then calm flows in. This is your body. You have learned how to listen and trust your intuition. You know what things mean. You'll be OK.
Sitting on a nearby log you say, "Hello body," what do you need to tell me? There is no fear, no loathing or self-rage. Just respect and clean communication.
After a few moments, you know exactly what to do. The discomfort releases and in no time at all, you're back on the trail. There is nothing in the world better than knowing you are in control, and enjoying every step of the way.

When you get back to civilization you may follow up with a professional, but there is no crisis now. The trip is saved.

You're standing in the store, trying to make a decision. You are feeling overwhelmed...
The food in the produce aisle looks pretty good, but you wonder if the organic foods are worth the extra price you'd pay. Maybe you are in a drug store trying to decide between 5 different brands of the same kind of vitamin supplement.
To eat or not to eat. To buy or not to buy. You want to choose healthy, but there are so many options. For a moment it feels overwhelming and confusing. Then you remember it doesn't have to be.

After a cleansing breath, you place your hand on your shirt and gently rub a point on your body. You look around the store - not to see if anyone is watching, but to activate key areas of your brain. Then you pick up the bottle, the box, the fruit, the jar and test the energy. Instantly you know if it is quality food and if it will energize and benefit you. If it does, it goes in the cart. If it doesn't you put it down right away.
This is so empowering. You are glad you learned how to choose what you need.
Stiff neck making it hard to turn your head?
Traffic making you crazy?

because you're feeling really lazy?
