Stiff Neck Tune-up Technique

I had a stiff neck this morning as I was driving to work. It made glancing over my shoulder to check for cars rather uncomfortable. Turning my head to talk to someone beside me also was not the smooth easy movement it usually is. I knew something was off.
One of the great things about the Touch for Health system of Specialized Kinesiology is the simple techniques that correct muscle stress and tension just like this. It took only a few minutes to ease the discomfort.
I used the auricular technique from Dr Thie's Touch for Health Complete Edition. Tuning in to the side to side motion and noticing the discomfort. Then I simply uncurled my ears while tugging on them for a few minutes.
I probably looked a bit funny because the guy in the car at the light did a double take as I pulled on my ears waiting for the light to turn green. But it worked! Three lights later I found it much easier to turn and shoulder check,. The muscles were not as stiff, and even the tension at the base of my skull was gone.
Such a simple thing, yet it worked!
I'm so looking forward to teaching the Introduction Demo later this month and mentoring the next Level 1-2 students in a few weeks.
