Expanding Your Energy Field

Keeping with the theme of staying healthy and strong during this flu season, here is a video we made showing how to expand your energy field. Initially we had filmed it as a way for business professionals to prepare for a presentation, or when they need to command a room by an expanded presence. But as with most energy techniques, it has several applications.
So to adapt this movement to flu season, think of it as a tool that will create a distance between you and the flu or cold germs you may be exposed to. As I mentioned in the previous video, the lymphatic system does not have an active 'heart', or pump, to force lymph thru the body. Lymphatic fluid is distributed via muscle movement. So stretching and moving your body as shown - believe it or not - does help keep you healthy.
Now remember, this video is not a substitute for smart prevention behaviors like washing your hands, or covering your mouth when you sneeze.
